Shipping Policy (Fast, but not teleportation-fast)

All of India, and internationally too. If your location isn’t covered at checkout, don’t worry, we’re working on world domination.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5–7 days (good things take time).
Pre-Orders: If you're one of the early birds, give us 48 hours (max) to hatch your order.
P.S. We don’t control customs delays, weather tantrums, or Mercury in retrograde.
3. Shipping Fees
India: FREE on every order — no minimum, no catch (because we love you).
International: Flat ₹1,700, shown at checkout (no sneaky markups).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link faster than your group chat spills the tea. If it’s not in your inbox, check spam (or your ex’s DMs, just in case).
Refund & Exchange Policy (Aka, Breakup Rules for Shopping)
We want you to love your Bean Mitch pieces, but if things don’t work out, we’ve got a clean break policy.
1. Refunds & Returns – The Ground Rules
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. After that, it's a ‘you snooze, you lose’ situation.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags on and hygiene seal intact (think of it as a first date, keep it fresh).
Non-Returnable Items: Because hygiene matters, we DO NOT accept returns on underwear unless it’s a manufacturing defect (we don’t want your ‘tried-on’ surprises, thanks).
2. Exchanges – Love at Second Sight
Wrong size? We offer size exchanges on eligible items (underwear included, if unworn with the hygiene seal intact) within 24 hours of delivery. Just make sure they’re in mint condition, and we’ll get you sorted.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in perfect shape, we’ll refund you within 48 hours to your original payment method.
International shipping fees are non-refundable (we paid the delivery guy, and he won’t take IOUs).
Refunds might take a little time to show up, depending on your bank, so don’t panic.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Email us at help@beanmitch.shop within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and reason.
Step 2: We’ll send you return instructions (no puzzles, we promise).
Step 3: Ship it back, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Lost Packages & Oops Moments
If your order goes missing in transit, we’ll help you track it down or send a replacement.
If you entered the wrong address, we’re not magicians, but we’ll try to help.
