1. Refunds & Returns – The Ground Rules

Timeframe: Returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery. After that, it's a ‘you snooze, you lose’ situation.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (think of it as a first date, keep it fresh).

Non-Returnable Items: Because hygiene matters, we DO NOT accept returns on underwear unless it’s a manufacturing defect (we don’t want your ‘tried-on’ surprises, thanks).
2. Exchanges – Love at Second Sight
Wrong size? Changed your mind? We offer exchanges on eligible items within 24 hours of receiving them. Just make sure they’re in mint condition, and we’ll get you sorted.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in perfect shape, we’ll refund you within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (we paid the delivery guy, and he won’t take IOUs).
